Key Responsibilities :
• Handle inbound leads generated by the marketing team and qualify prospects.
• Track potential clients websites and contact through phone or Email (exporters, importers, manufacturers).
• Explain the company service categories.
• Provide the date to Sales team to meet the client with given date and tie.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and potential customers
• Coordinate with the Post-Sales / Implementation team to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and potential customers.
• Very good in Hindi and English. Tamil will be added advantage.
• Team Player and Quick Learner.
• Maintain Data and MIS
